The EDI & Supplier Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining a large-scale supplier integration network through EDI and API technologies. This role serves as a hands-on integration specialist, working with suppliers, internal business stakeholders, and technology partners to onboard new trading partners, resolve integration issues, and ensure reliable electronic transaction processing.

The position plays a key role in supporting supply chain operations by managing supplier connectivity, troubleshooting data exchange issues, and driving successful adoption of EDI and API integration solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day EDI and API integration operations.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end integration issues across supplier systems, VAN providers, middleware platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities, including data collection, validation, testing, and coordination.
  • Support root cause analysis and issue resolution for electronic transaction failures and integration challenges.
  • Partner with IT teams, vendors, and external partners on system configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Support API access management and technical connectivity requirements.
  • Serve as a technical resource during supplier and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage multiple priorities and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support migration efforts and onboarding activities related to new integration platforms and tools.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and integration requests through shared communication channels.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with EDI transactions, including transaction sets such as 830, 850, 855, 856, 862, and 997.
  • Knowledge of EDI VANs and B2B integration models.
  • Working knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) within a supply chain, procurement, or related business environment.
  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding and external system integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems and organizations.
  • Experience with API integrations and data transfer methods.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with suppliers, technology partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting high-volume supplier integration environments.
  • Experience working with ERP implementation or system migration initiatives.
  • Experience working with middleware platforms and external integration providers.
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, logistics, or distribution operations.
  • Experience serving as a technical subject matter expert for external partners and business stakeholders.
