Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the development of a centralized data repository and an AI-enabled reporting ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver practical and scalable reporting and AI capabilities that are aligned to business priorities. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis, data and automation experience, AI fluency, and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage a centralized data repository, including source intake, table design, data relationships, automation, and governance.
- Connect and manage source data from internal systems and files, building automated flows to ingest, clean, validate, and refresh data.
- Develop and maintain structured tables, reporting logic, dashboards, and Excel-based models to support leadership decision-making.
- Build board-level PowerPoint presentations and written recommendations to communicate trends, risks, and performance.
- Design and implement AI-enabled tools and agents connected to business data, including self-service Q&A and automated summaries.
- Lead the ongoing evolution of the team's data, reporting, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Partner directly with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify priorities and gather requirements.
- Communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
Top Must-Haves- Prior experience working with AI (AI agents are a nice-to-have)
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Strong Excel skills
Experience: Experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, or business systems with ownership of end-to-end solutions. Strong experience working with senior leaders and preparing executive-ready materials and presentations. Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into data, reporting, and automation solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel is required. Experience building dashboards and Excel-based analytical models. Experience connecting multiple data sources and automating recurring data flows. Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, agents, automation platforms, or self-service data tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or Python.
- Experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $70.00 and $75.00 per hour. Please note that the pay rate may be adjusted based on the specific contract and client requirements. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
