We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Admin to support quality assurance and laboratory operations for a leading organization in Los Angeles, CA. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, data entry, and organizational skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing workflows to help maintain on-time lab testing performance
- Track lab worksheets, confirm sample receipt, and resolve missing information or materials
- Respond promptly to internal requests and provide timely status updates
- Support SAP quality management processes, inspection plans, and documentation updates
- Process goods receipts, packaging process orders, and Certificates of Analysis
- Handle incoming and retained samples while maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Conduct internet research and maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Strong typing, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- SAP QM and/or MM module experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced quality or laboratory environment
