Special Requirement:

Hybrid: Work location & Remote (3 days in office/2 days remote)

Normal business hours Monday-Friday 35 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work).

Days/hours of the week will change if after hour/weekend work is scheduled for the upgrade and deployment. (Weekly hours will be adjusted accordingly)

Job Description:

The Senior or Full Stack Developer will provide technical services to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of the Civil Service Exam Project(s). The consultant will work across the full application stack, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality delivery of application features and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks.
• Build and enhance .NET APIs, backend services, and application logic to support project functionality.
• Optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, and stored procedures for performance and reliability.
• Implement secure coding practices, OAuth-based authentication, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Support system troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical documentation to ensure stable and maintainable releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end). 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and system enhancements. 
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack. 
• Maintain and update existing systems to support ongoing project requirements. 
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and development standards.

Required /Desired Skills:

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 

Note: Candidates who do not have mandatory skills will not be considered.

• 10+ years proficiency in Angular, including RxJS, component architecture, and state management.
• Strong .NET experience (C#, Web APIs, backend development).
• Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated secure coding practices and familiarity with cybersecurity standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud services (Azure)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to work on-site and handle multiple projects.
• Background check may be required.
