Job title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: New York, NY

Duration: Long Term ( 35 hours per week)

The Senior Full Stack Developer will provide technical services to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of the Civil Service Exam Project(s). The consultant will work across the full application stack, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality delivery of application features and system improvements.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks.
Build and enhance .NET APIs, backend services, and application logic to support project functionality.
Optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, and stored procedures for
performance and reliability.
Implement secure coding practices, OAuth-based authentication, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Support system troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical documentation to ensure stable and maintainable releases.

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

10+ years proficiency in Angular, including RxJS, component architecture, and state management.
Strong .NET experience (C#, Web APIs, backend development).
Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
Proficiency with SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
Demonstrated secure coding practices and familiarity with cybersecurity standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud services (Azure)
