The Opportunity

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our manufacturing excellence and our customers'' high expectations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will champion the customer experience by overseeing all quality-related touchpoints and ensuring our processes align with global strategic goals.
- Strategic Quality Planning: Design and execute quality frameworks tailored to meet the specific demands of our diverse client base.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary regional point of contact (Key Account Manager) for quality, managing scorecards, portals, and technical questionnaires.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the charge in reducing customer complaints and spearhead rapid response plans when quality benchmarks are missed.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate organizational training on quality tools and processes to foster a culture of excellence.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external certification audits, ensuring strict adherence to both international standards and client-specific mandates.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who thrives on problem-solving and systematic improvement.
- Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven experience in root-cause analysis, incident investigation, and the 8D methodology.
- Toolkit: Proficiency in quality core tools (FMEA, HACCP) and continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, DMAIC).
- Soft Skills: The ability to coordinate across multiple departments and communicate effectively with global account managers.
