Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in Front End Development and CI/CD/DevOps. While the team's charter is security, this specific role is developer-first.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of development experience, with a focus on front-end or full-stack development. The role requires demonstrated thought leadership and strong soft skills.
High-Level Individual Duties:- Full-Stack Development (Primary Focus)
- Build and enhance internal web applications and dashboards
- Consume APIs from cloud scanning and vulnerability tools
- Normalize and aggregate data into a visually clean UI
- Own front-end development while troubleshooting backend services as needed
- Improve usability and presentation of technical/security data
- DevOps & CI/CD
- Work within GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines
- Develop locally using VS Code
- Support deployment pipelines and workflow automation
- Collaborate with DevOps and security engineers on pipeline improvements
- Security Enablement (Secondary Focus)
- Integrate outputs from tools like cloud scanning and vulnerability scanners
- Help translate security findings into usable data for engineers
- Assess current tooling coverage and identify security gaps
- Make recommendations to improve visibility and remediation workflows
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):- Strong Collaboration & Leadership (Does not need to be a lead with lead level experience, but someone comfortable taking charge)
- Software / Full-Stack Development
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development background
- Experience building modern UIs and integrating backend services
- Experience consuming third-party APIs and aggregating data
- Comfortable troubleshooting backend services when needed
- Experience writing tests and maintaining code quality

- Strong experience working in CI/CD environments
- GitHub, GitHub Actions, Git workflows
- Local development using VS Code
- Familiarity with cloud-native development patterns
Nice-to-Haves:- Security / DevSecOps
- Experience integrating security tools into applications or pipelines
- Familiarity with:
- Static code analysis (e.g., Snyk)
- Cloud security / container security (e.g., Wiz)
- Vulnerability scanning and reporting
- History of influencing engineering standards or practices/comfortable making recommendations toward future state
Technical Skills:- Development experience in Python (preferred), TypeScript, or Java.
- UI or Front End Development experience
- Recent DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database operations and management.
- Experience with containerization and infrastructure as code, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Expertise with Git, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Workflows.
- Experience with static code analysis, secrets detection, container security, and software composition analysis solutions.
- Proficiency in building HTTP servers following REST protocol.
- Ability to write tests for code resiliency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a Product Operating Model.
- Knowledge of systems design concepts that provide security and stability.
- A background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $90.00 per hour. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
