Technical Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major nCino implementation initiative focused on commercial lending.

Summary:
This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping translate business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories. The role is heavily focused on stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation. Success in this position requires someone who can confidently facilitate conversations, ask thoughtful questions, uncover underlying business needs, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Candidates with strong nCino experience are highly desirable. However, individuals with extensive commercial banking or commercial lending experience and strong Salesforce knowledge will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working as a Business Analyst on technology-focused projects or initiatives
* Strong Salesforce experience and understanding of Salesforce-based business processes
* Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
* Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional requirements
* Experience presenting, demonstrating, or validating functionality with end users
* Strong nCino experience or strong commercial banking/commercial lending experience
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to effectively engage business users and ask the right questions to uncover requirements and business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce certifications: nCino certifications
* Experience supporting nCino implementations or enhancements
* Commercial lending experience
* Commercial banking experience
* Financial services industry experience
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments
* Experience facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
* Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
