Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Utah Valley, UT.

Summary:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms across a growing organization. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology, designing workflows, automations, integrations, and system improvements that drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:
* Administer and support enterprise work management and collaboration platforms
* Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and system integrations
* Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable system solutions
* Provide user support, training, and guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
* Support workflow configuration and process optimization across multiple business functions
* Manage SaaS user access, licensing, and governance processes
* Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system configurations
* Evaluate and support the adoption of new business applications and technologies
* Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on enhancements and platform updates

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience administering a SaaS work management platform (Monday.com preferred)
* Experience building no-code or low-code automations and integrations
* Experience supporting business applications and end users in a growing organization
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong documentation, organization, and process management skills
* Ability to analyze and map business processes into system designs

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
* Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, APIs, or other integration tools
* Experience in manufacturing, regulated, or operationally complex environments
* Familiarity with identity management, SSO, and user provisioning processes
* Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and business process improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
