Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Scientist – AI to design and implement GenAI/Agentic components for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and model integration to support scalable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI components including prompting, tool orchestration, retrieval, reasoning chains, and human-in-the-loop workflows aligned with business needs.
Build production-grade pipelines for data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration frameworks, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
Collaborate with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, sequence workflows, and support rapid prototyping.
Embed quality, safety, and observability: evaluation metrics, prompt/version management, grounding strategies, logging, guardrails, and performance tuning.
Ensure enterprise readiness with documentation, knowledge transfer, incident triage, and continuous improvement from user feedback and operational insights.

Technical Skills:

Programming & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python, familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
MLOps / LLMOps: CI/CD for AI workflows, model/prompt lifecycle management, feature flags, environment promotion (dev → test → prod).
Experience building production AI/ML pipelines in enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, and large language models.
Strong understanding of AI observability, logging, and guardrails in production systems.
Ability to rapidly prototype and operationalize AI workflows.
