Implementation Manager

Our direct client located near Twinsburg, OH is hiring for an Implementation Manager. This is a full-time/permanent opportunity that offers a hybrid work environment with roughly 50% remote work and requires 25% travel. Our client is looking for someone to use clinical knowledge to understand workflows and processes while eliciting and designing requirements and implementing products. Effective client escalation strategies must be used to attain projects and keep them on track. The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR builds, designs, and implementations and a strong clinical background or experience as an RN is preferred.



Responsibilities:

- Apply clinical knowledge to assist in the requirements solicitation, design, development, configuration, and implementation of products

- Pro-actively work with client stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes

- Perform clinical walkthroughs, completing thorough assessments of IT infrastructure, existing technology, and clinical workflows to produce comprehensive analysis which will serve as the foundation for sales quotes and resource planning

- Clarify customer requirements and communicate to internal stakeholders in an actionable manner

- Forecast implementation target dates

- Support field training

o Refine training plan/ process and generate additional training tools as needed

o Facilitate and conduct client training on site

- Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process, keep everyone updated on project plan, status, issues and actions

- Compile and track customer implementation metrics

Essential Skills:


-Gathering Requirements

- Acute/O.R./surgical care experience

- Understanding the complexities of healthcare IT, and the design of platforms that interface data from divergent sources/systems

- Familiar with clinical workflows

- Experience with EHR build, design, and implementation
