Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the VP of Human Resources and executive leadership to execute company-wide HR initiatives and people strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Lead and manage key HR projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy development, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support internal audits, policy updates, and HR best practice development.
  • Partner with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Assist with succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture.
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
  • Support compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking and incentive programs.
  • Help manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and HR operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong generalist expertise.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and partnering with operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
