Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months)
Location: Springdale, AR (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Rate: Up to $70/hr (All-Inclusive)

Job Overview

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Business Analyst to support and optimize enterprise systems across production operations. This role will act as a key functional expert for SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), while playing a critical role in an upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation.

This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, or related areas

• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training to end users

• Configure and maintain SAP system settings, workflows, and master data

• Act as a liaison between business users (manufacturing, operations, quality) and IT teams

• Support MES platform operations (such as Solumina or similar systems)

• Identify and drive process improvements through better system utilization

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration activities including:

  • Requirements gathering

  • Data mapping and validation

  • Testing and system integration

  • Cutover and go-live support

• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners

• Develop documentation, SOPs, and user training materials

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules like MM, PP, WM, or QM

• Experience working with MES platforms (e.g., Solumina, Apriso, Plex, Aegis, or similar)

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes:

  • Production planning

  • Shop floor execution

  • Inventory management

  • Quality processes

• Experience supporting SAP upgrades or migration projects

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation

• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing industries

• Familiarity with ABAP (reading/debugging custom code)

• SQL skills for data validation and reporting

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Relevant certifications (SAP, APICS, etc.)
