About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to manage and grow strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and technology alliance partners to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer success.

The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments and understands channel sales and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic channel partners.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner success and escalations.

  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.

  • Develop joint business plans focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation.

  • Support co-selling opportunities with internal sales teams.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and analyze partner performance metrics.

  • Drive adoption of partner programs, portals, and enablement resources.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.

  • Gather partner feedback and communicate product enhancement recommendations.

  • Ensure partners meet certification, compliance, and program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Partner Management, Channel Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.

  • Experience working in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software.

  • Experience managing MSPs, VARs, ISVs, distributors, or technology partners.

  • Strong knowledge of indirect sales and channel partner programs.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience using Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.

  • Channel management or cloud certifications.

  • Experience supporting global partner programs.
