Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Human Resources Specialist to support our HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks remotely, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires remotely.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems accurately and securely.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all remote operations.
Coordinate remote training sessions, webinars, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Promote a positive and inclusive remote work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
