Top Requirements:

4+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master (hands-on; must speak to past real-world SM execution).

Experience with Scrum AND Kanban.

Strong experience with Product Increment Planning / Quarterly Planning.

Plusses:

Awareness of Agentic AI / Prompt Engineering and ability to articulate scenarios where AI can be leveraged in SM activities (release coordination, risk/dependency management, etc.).

Financial industry experience.

Ability to support up to 2-3 Agile teams simultaneously (senior-level capability).

Motivational, enthusiastic team collaborator who drives accountability and coaches teams.

Job Summary:

This contingent Scrum Master assignment will representing COO initiatives and collaborating with the Corporate Properties and Physical Security CAO. The role includes supporting enhancements to AI models, managing enhancement requests, and assisting across a portfolio of ~30 Agile teams with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The Scrum Master will consult on moderately complex initiatives, resolve issues requiring in-depth evaluation, contribute to large-scale planning, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies for 2-3 Agile teams.

Support quarterly PI planning and assist in large-scale planning activities.

Analyze and resolve moderately complex Scrum Master challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables.

Coordinate release planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.

Collaborate with internal client personnel and cross-functional teams.

Manage enhancement requests related to AI model development.

Coach and motivate teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to Agile practices, organizational policies, and compliance requirements.
