Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Automation Lead with strong expertise in RPA and test automation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end automation initiatives and act as a subject matter expert in UiPath and intelligent automation solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in UiPath (RPA)
  • Expertise in Test Automation Development
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Agentic AI
  • Experience with Cognitive / Intelligent Automation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Lead end-to-end test automation development
  • Act as SME for UiPath components and AI features
  • Implement advanced automation techniques
  • Handle production support and best practices
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • 7–10 years of overall IT experience
  • Proven experience in automation leadership roles

    Top 3 Responsibilities:

    • Automation Development (UiPath)
    • Test Automation
    • Team Coordination / Stakeholder Management

    Work Model:

    • Hybrid (San Jose, CA – 3 days onsite)

    Additional Notes:

    • Strong preference for candidates local to or willing to relocate to San Jose, CA
