We are seeking experienced SDET Leads with strong expertise in automation testing, Java, Selenium, API testing, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will lead automation efforts, design scalable test frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Core Java
• Hands-on experience in API Testing (Rest Assured, Postman, Swagger)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Database Testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, DevOps tools)
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, Batch Jobs) (Dallas role)
• Experience in Capital Markets / Corporate Actions domain (Senior Dallas role)
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (Tampa role focus)

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Selenium
• Create and execute end-to-end automated test scripts
• Perform API and backend testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and coordinate with dev teams
• Design test strategies and scenarios covering edge cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Lead testing efforts and mentor junior QA engineers
