Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user centered designs and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end UX design for web and mobile products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs in Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product requirements and ensure design consistency.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands on UX design experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio link is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

Work Environment

• 4 days onsite per week; remaining day remote.
• Collaborative, fast paced product team environment.
