Program Manager Quote to Cash & Finance M&A Integration

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced contract Program Manager to lead program governance, execution, and delivery for the Quote to Cash (QTC) and Finance workstream of a strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiative. This role contributes to the end-to-end program plan, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline required to integrate an acquired company's business processes and systems into the existing CRM and SAP ERP platform landscape.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Program Manager delivering complex, multi-functional technology programs, ideally with exposure to Finance/ERP platforms and M&A integration, carve-out, or platform consolidation projects.
Proven experience managing programs involving CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and SAP ERP, particularly SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling); SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
Solid working knowledge of end-to-end Quote to Cash processes: pricing/CPQ, contract management, order booking, billing/invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and cash application, along with core finance and accounting principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15, tax, statutory reporting).
Experience managing multi-discipline teams of business and technical resources, and coordinating data migration and system cutover planning for customer, product, pricing, and financial master data.
Strong command of program governance tools and practices: RAID logs, integrated schedules, steering committee reporting, backlog/dependency tracking (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar), and process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart).
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models typical of large enterprise integration programs, and the judgment to tailor the approach for program success.
Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, IT, Engineering, and executive leadership.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively and autonomously in ambiguous, time-sensitive environments, recognizing and escalating critical issues quickly.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience specifically integrating an acquired company's CRM/ERP environment into a parent company's platform.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, or SAP Hybris Billing, SAP Finance/treasury
Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country finance operations.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Program Management certification.
Prior consulting background (Big 4, SAP/CRM systems integrator) with M&A or divestiture experience.
