Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within a software development environment

• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Rally, JIRA, or similar tools to manage IT projects in an Agile environment

• 7+ years of experience managing projects in various computing environments (SaaS, Cloud, etc.)

• 5+ years of experience translating high-level business requirements into system requirements

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• PgMP, PMP, or Agile certifications preferred but not required

• Experience delivering both in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications

• Experience synthesizing raw data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

• Ability to coordinate and align multiple stakeholder groups across business, technical, and leadership teams

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, and software development concepts

• Experience providing program-level governance, including risk management and dependency tracking

• Ability to develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates

• Experience managing complex initiatives within an IT program environment

• Strong program management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation

• Experience managing software development projects in Agile environments

• Ability to oversee multiple project teams and ensure program goals are achieved

• Experience using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to track and measure OKRs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple leadership levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities and timelines

• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management tools (Azure DevOps, Rally) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to constant change

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the overall IT Program, working across multiple project teams to achieve program objectives

• Drive prioritization, planning, scheduling, and end-to-end program execution

• Collaborate closely with Business Units (BU) and IT teams, negotiating timelines and managing dependencies

• Track deliverables, manage risks and issues, and proactively escalate concerns

• Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and progress

• Provide program governance, reporting, and delivery oversight

• Engage with IT teams with strong technical acumen, though the role is not hands-on development

• Lead complex program initiatives from initiation through delivery
