SENIOR MECHANICAL HVAC DESIGNER CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA

Growing MEP engineering firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer to join their team.

Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and other building projects

Prepare HVAC plans, layouts, schedules, and details

Perform heating and cooling load calculations

Select equipment and coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines

Work closely with project engineers and architects

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC design experience with an MEP/engineering firm

Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills

Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and building codes

Experience with commercial building projects

Strong communication and coordination skills
