Role Title: MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)
Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Functional Lead to lead endtoend functional solutioning and delivery across Finance and Supply Chain modules
- The role requires strong functional expertise stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 FO solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 FO across
- Finance General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR Fixed Assets Budgeting
- Supply Chain Operations Inventory Management Procurement Sourcing Production Control Warehousing
- Act as the primary functional SME driving requirement workshops fitgap analysis and solution design
- Own functional architecture ensuring alignment with business processes and Microsoft best practices
- Collaborate closely with technical teams architects and integration teams to ensure accurate solution realization
- Provide guidance on configuration data migration testing UAT and golive readiness
- Support change management user training and hypercare activities
- Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to manage expectations and resolve functional issues
Required Skills Experience
- 8 years of experience in ERP Dynamics AX Dynamics 365 FO
- Strong handson experience as a Functional Lead for Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Proven experience in endtoend D365 FO implementations
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and supply chain processes
- Experience working in onsiteoffshore delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries
- Exposure to programlevel governance or large transformation programs
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
