Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Program Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Role Summary:
- We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead largescale Dynamics 365 Finance Operations transformation programs
- This role is responsible for endtoend program governance delivery assurance stakeholder management and financial control across multiple workstreams
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage endtoend D365 FO programs including Finance and Supply Chain implementations
- Drive program governance planning execution and reporting across multiple projectsworkstreams
- Manage program financials budgets forecasts and margins
- Act as the primary escalation point for risks issues and dependencies
- Coordinate across functional leads technical teams vendors and business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodology quality standards and compliance requirements
- Provide regular executivelevel status reporting and steerco updates
- Support client relationship management and contribute to account growth and renewals
- Ensure successful cutover golive and postproduction stabilization
Required Skills Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Program Large Project Management
- Strong experience managing ERP or Dynamics 365 FO programs
- Proven ability to manage multivendor multigeography delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes functional awareness
- Excellent stakeholder risk and financial management skills
- Experience working in hybrid onsiteoffshore delivery models
Nice to Have
- Experience managing enterprise transformation programs
- PMP PgMP SAFe or equivalent certification
- Prior experience working directly with Clevel stakeholders
