Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to lead planning and execution of US Commercial training events (New Hire, Leadership, and ad hoc programs). This role manages end-to-end event logistics, vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, registration, communications, and post-event analysis. The position requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement skills to ensure flawless delivery and impactful training experiences.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with 7+ years OR MS/MA/MBA with 5+ years experience
  • Event planning and project management expertise
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
  • Preferred: CMP certification, Event/Hospitality degree, biotech/pharma experience
