Key Responsibilities

Analyse and manage data related to insurance policies, claims, invoices, and operational datasets

Monitor and enforce data quality standards, KPIs, and metrics for critical business data

Act as a data steward ensuring data integrity across the claims lifecycle

Serve as a liaison between insurers, product operations, MGAs, and business teams

Perform root-cause analysis and investigations for data inconsistencies or inaccuracies

Maintain documentation for data governance processes, standards, and data dictionaries

Create data mapping documentation and support data modelling activities

Support stakeholders with data insights, reporting, and analysis

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Data Steward

Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation

Experience with data modelling and data mapping

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and KPIs

Ability to analyse large datasets and identify data integrity issues

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience in Insurance domain (policy, claims, or pet insurance)

Experience working with MGAs, insurers, or insurance data platforms
