Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic portfolio management and lifecycle leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and advanced reporting techniques
- Experience with building a business case (Exp with cost v. benefits)
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies, including generative AI, and their application in product innovation.
- Exceptional reporting, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Aha
- Experience in Rally
- Experience working with chat bot or voice bots.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Delivery on product vision and long-term strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities through market research, customer insights, and generative AI advancements. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform direction.
Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life (sunset). Define detailed requirements with strong business cases and collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful development.
Generative AI Integration:
Create innovative solutions and enhance customer experiences. Stay informed on advancements in AI tools/methodologies and partner with technical teams to evaluate and integrate AI-driven features.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as financial performance and customer satisfaction. Use analytics tools to extract actionable insights and design dashboards for stakeholder communication and performance monitoring.
Customer and Market Focus:
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify innovation or improvement opportunities. Represent the voice of the customer, validate product features, and incorporate feedback into roadmaps.
Financial Ownership:
Prepare business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and collaborate on go-to-market plans to ensure operational readiness and achievement of goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Act as a product advocate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer value. Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on timelines, challenges, and opportunities.
