Key Responsibilities
β Lead end-to-end material flow improvements across receiving, warehousing, internal movements, line supply, production reporting, and shipping
β Stabilize and standardize core processes; eliminate workarounds and execution variability
β Identify and resolve a small number of high-impact material flow pain points ended
β Develop and execute a practical improvement roadmap with clear sequencing and ownership
β Drive shopfloor execution discipline, accountability, and change adoption
β Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and role-based training
β Ensure improvements are embedded into daily operations and sustained
SAP / IT Coordination
β Act as the business process lead interfacing with SAP / OneSAP IT teams
β Translate operational requirements into clear SAP, RF, labeling, and integration needs
β Partner with IT BRMs, SAP functional teams, and vendors to ensure systems support standardized processes
β Participate in solution design, validation, and readiness reviews
Required Experience
β Strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain execution, warehouse operations, or material flow
β Proven experience stabilizing live plant operations and leading cross-functional change
β Hands-on experience in SAP-enabled manufacturing environments (process-focused)
β Ability to work effectively between Operations, PC&L, and IT
β Strong documentation, training, and changing leadership skills
β Must be onsite during critical phases
Preferred
β ASN / EDI, RF scanning, labeling, or warehouse execution experience
β Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience
β Experience preparing plants for automation after process stabilization

This is not a pure SAP or IT delivery role. Business Process knowledge must.
This role owns process, execution, and change management, working in close coordination with SAP IT teams.
