Role Description:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Key activities:
· Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
· Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
· Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions and help document technical specifications
· Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established change‑management processes
· Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies
Qualifications:
· Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar)
· Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
· Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment
· Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
Education Level: Bachelors’ Degree
