Role Description:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Key activities:
- Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
- Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and help document technical specifications
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established change management processes
- Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies
Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar)
Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment
Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
Education Level: Bachelors Degree
