Oracle Business Operations Leader to spearhead the
optimization and management of operations centered around Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a
public sector environment. This role is pivotal in establishing a unified operational framework post-go
live, ensuring seamless integration across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate
will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and translate strategic objectives into executable plans, fostering a
proactive, resilient operational model that supports critical public sector functions such as payroll,
budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in business operations leadership, with at least 5 years focused on
Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a complex, cross-functional environment (public sector
experience is a plus).
Deep operational experience of Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM implementations and support.
Familiar with ITSM/ticketing tools, process documentation standards, and audit requirements
that will help establishing a structured IT Service
Management (ITSM) process to evaluate, categorize, prioritize, and assign incoming support
requests based on urgency and impact.
Proven expertise in process optimization, risk management, and implementing operational
frameworks for enterprise systems.
Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team orchestration, stakeholder
partnership, and KPI-driven performance management.
Excellent communicator; able to convert strategy into executable, time-boxed plans.
Familiarity with public sector compliance, auditing, and reporting requirements.
