Endpoint Admin- Night Shift

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• 6-month contract (extension possible).

We are seeking experienced Desktop Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise laptop refresh and deployment program. The role involves configuring, imaging, testing, and deploying Windows laptops within an accelerated project timeline. This position requires working night shifts and occasional weekends to meet deployment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops using standardized enterprise images.
• Provision devices using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, or equivalent endpoint management platforms.
• Install and configure enterprise applications and security policies.
• Join devices to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory.
• Perform BIOS and firmware updates where required.
• Conduct quality assurance testing before deployment.
• Label, inventory, and maintain asset tracking records.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software deployment issues.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT teams.
• Meet aggressive deployment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of desktop deployment experience.
• Windows 10/11 administration.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Windows Autopilot.
• SCCM/MECM experience preferred.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.
• Office 365 configuration.
• Device imaging and provisioning.
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

 Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator).
• Modern Desktop Administrator.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
