Description Senior Product Manager (Product Manager IV)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead feature development and product delivery within a complex enterprise ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating business needs into well-defined product requirements and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, quickly establishes context, and independently drives outcomes while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and operations teams. This role requires deep engagement in both business and technical considerations, with ownership from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Requirements Ownership
- Define and deliver product features by translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation
- Own product requirements lifecycle from concept through delivery
- Analyze customer behavior and workflows to drive product improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams on product goals, dependencies, and timelines
- Partner with large, distributed teams to ensure successful delivery
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Support Agile workflows, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature refinement
- Provide ongoing support to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Track feature progress and deliver incremental product value
Technical & Solution Alignment
- Work closely with architects and engineers to validate technical approaches
- Ensure product solutions align with system capabilities and operational workflows
- Navigate complex systems and interdependencies across multiple teams
Requirements Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telecom domains (HFC, fiber networks, MSO environments)
- Exposure to design, drafting, or GIS-style tools
- Experience working with enterprise tools supporting operational or technical users
- Experience in multi-team Agile or SAFe environments
- Strong ability to manage dependencies with incomplete or evolving information
