Leads the integration of revenue-generating processes, systems, and teams when a company acquires another business. The focus is typically on the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) value chain and alignment across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute GTM integration strategy for acquired companies.
Drive consolidation and harmonization of:
CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
CPQ solutions
Customer and Sales Operations processes
Partner with Marketing, GTM, Post-Sales, and Finance leaders on target-state operating models.
Lead customer, opportunity, contract, and billing data migration activities.
Manage Day-1, Day-30, and post-close integration plans.
Track synergy realization, integration risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Present integration status and recommendations to M&A leadership and executive stakeholders.
