Job Title: Eloquence Author Developer

Location: Kingwood, Texas (Onsite)

Job Description:

Eloquence Author Developer to support our Case Condition Management team on a short-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Eloquence platform, particularly in authoring, configuring, and maintaining correspondence templates, business rules, and document generation solutions within healthcare, insurance, or case management environments

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain correspondence templates using the Eloquence Author tool.

Configure and customize document generation solutions to support Case Condition Management business processes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective correspondence and document solutions.

Develop and maintain dynamic templates, forms, letters, notices, and customer communications. Integrate Eloquence templates with underlying data sources and business applications. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Support deployment activities and provide production support as needed.

Maintain documentation for templates, configurations, and development processes.

Required Qualifications Proven experience working with Eloquence Author and Eloquence correspondence management solutions.

Experience developing and maintaining document templates, forms, and automated communications.

Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, and related document technologies. Experience with data mapping and integration concepts.

Ability to gather and interpret business requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with correspondence management and customer communication management (CCM) platforms. Tech stacks: Eloquence Author, Document Generation, Correspondence Management, XML, XSLT, XPath, Template Development, Data Mapping, Business Rule Configuration, Testing & Troubleshooting
