Organizational Change Management ManagerJM Family''s Information Technology Services seeks an organizational change management manager to develop change management capabilities for the Enterprise with the goal of maximizing adoption of delivered technologies. The manager will be responsible for managing JM Family''s portfolio of organizational change initiatives, managing and on-boarding new staff on internal change management tools and best practices, and leading change management efforts throughout the company.
This request is for a change manager to support our team in two major initiatives: Replacing our Commission Tool and implementing a Motor Vehicle Reporting Program.
The Change Manager will support the successful delivery of these two short-term HR initiatives by guiding the people side of change. This role will partner with HR leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, develop clear communication and engagement plans, and support adoption across key stakeholder groups. The Change Manager will create practical tools and resources to help leaders and associates navigate the transition while ensuring alignment with broader HR priorities driving awareness, readiness, and adoption to enable smooth implementation.
