Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking Product Manager - Digital Platforms in Greenwood Village, CO. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support large-scale digital platform initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for enterprise digital platforms
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences
* Manage and prioritize input from a wide range of stakeholders, balancing competing needs and business objectives
* Support initiatives involving platform convergence, digital transformation, and potential merger or consolidation efforts
* Contribute to strategies for unifying multiple platforms, achieving feature parity, and migrating customers to streamlined experiences
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience working on large-scale digital websites for enterprise organizations
* Proven ability to operate independently, self-manage, and drive initiatives with minimal direction
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing across competing requests

Preferred Experience:
* Exposure to telecom, networking, or connectivity-related products (e.g., internet, Ethernet)
* Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale platform consolidation efforts
* Background in website consolidation, migration strategies, and digital experience unification
* Ability to simplify complex systems and deliver intuitive customer experiences

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity while driving meaningful outcomes.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
