Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building exceptional customer experiences and scaling high-impact experimentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eCommerce and technical foundation who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, moving quickly from idea to test, and clearly communicating decisions across diverse stakeholders.

Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager - A/B Testing, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital experimentation initiatives that directly influence site performance and customer relevance. You'll define a long-term experimentation roadmap while driving day-to-day testing execution, with meaningful opportunities to impact core business KPIs. The PM will own the experimentation domain across several major brands, executing an established roadmap while shaping what comes next through your own insights, data-driven hypotheses, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience in technology organizations driving requirements gathering & feature definitions
* In-depth experience leading experimentation programs around ecommerce customer experience improvements in a high-volume environment.
* Core ecommerce experience is required
* Experience with Adobe Target, or another AB testing tool (i.e. Optimizely)
* History of successfully partnering with UI/UX teams to understand site/customer experience & build PoCs
* History of successfully partnering with engineering teams to write requirements
* Strong communication skills - consistent experience driving meetings with leadership involvement & command that audience
* Understanding of AB testing process and baseline understanding of statistical concepts in AB test analysis (understanding Statistical significance, confidence intervals, and Sample Size requirements)
* You have strong analytical abilities and interest to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions.
* Experience working within an Agile environment, with Jira & Confluence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
