Summary

Position: POS Tester

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6-12 Months

Rate: $52-$55/Hr

Client wants the consultant to work 100% onsite from Seattle, WA Office from Day 1

Job Description / Skills:

Design, build, and scale automation frameworks for POS applications, covering UI, API, services, and critical E2E store workflows.
Drive CI/CDintegrated automation, enabling build verification, smoke, sanity, and regression testing with fast, actionable feedback.
Lead riskbased test strategy, identifying optimal candidates for automation vs manual testing while balancing speed and reliability.
Validate POS systems across store devices, peripherals, payments, loyalty, and thirdparty integrations at scale.
Support pilot, regional, and national store rollouts, ensuring compatibility across OS, hardware, and configurations.
Enable release readiness and production quality, supporting Go/NoGo decisions, defect triage, and postdeployment validation.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product, and Store Ops, mentoring teams and promoting qualityengineering best practices
Automation Tools: Playwright/Cypress/Selenium/Or Other
