Location: Remote, PST

Duration: 6+ Months

We are looking for a senior PeopleSoft Payroll & Absence Management Functional Expert (20+ years) to lead requirements through delivery in a university environment.

This is a hands-on functional leadership role for someone who deeply understands Payroll and Absence Management and can confidently manage stakeholders in a highly customized PeopleSoft landscape.

Required Experience

• 20+ years of PeopleSoft Functional experience

• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll (North America)

• Strong expertise in Absence Management

• Experience in Higher Education / University environment

• Proven ability to drive:

• Requirements gathering & workshops

• Fit-gap analysis

• Functional design documentation

• Testing & UAT

• Experience working in highly customized PeopleSoft environments

• Knowledge of integrations with Time & Labor, Benefits, and General Ledger

• Strong communicator

• Self-driven and able to lead independently

• Comfortable managing complex payroll rules, retro processing, unions, and academic pay structures
