Execute and manage event marketing programs from start to finish, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently to support business objectives.
Provide support for marketing events, ensuring flawless execution and smooth operation of all program elements.
Coordinate closely with the internal teams (including partner managers, customer success, Sales, marketing) to prepare for events by providing the information and materials they need to engage effectively with attendees.
Create communications to inform the field about association events, including drafting internal newsletters and posting internal event announcements.
Track lead flow and collaborate with Sales to ensure timely and effective follow-up with event attendees and campaign responders.
Coordinate and communicate externally with partners and vendors to ensure events run smoothly and all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Apply your experience managing complex, multi-faceted event programs while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience.
Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external participants.
Qualifications:
Must have:
2-5 years as a top performer in event marketing.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and support a variety of event programs
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Project management skills to ensure completion of events from start to finish.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue-driven event strategy.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and take on complex assignments.
Passion, energy, and ambition for delivery quality results.
Confidence and ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Experience in SaaS company.
Background collaborating with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation.
Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including:
o Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua).
o CRM systems (preferably Oracle CRM).
o Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling.
o Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies.
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
