Database Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Database Technology Manager to oversee and optimize database systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance across platforms. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain database systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Administer Active Directory and ensure its seamless integration with other platforms.
Oversee Citrix technologies to enhance remote access and system efficiency.
Provide desktop administration support, addressing hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware challenges to minimize downtime.
Deliver remote desktop support to ensure continuous access for end-users.
Manage Blackbaud systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Develop and implement strategies to improve database security and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with organizational goals.
Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance and future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience managing database systems and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its integration capabilities.
Expertise with Citrix technologies, including remote access solutions.
Proficiency in desktop administration and computer hardware troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to provide effective remote desktop support.
Familiarity with Blackbaud systems and their functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
