Digital Workflow Manager Location: Arlington, VA - Pentagon Work Type: Full-Time Onsite Remote Work: No Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Workflow Manager to support a federal client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving organizational efficiency through effective digital tools, workflows, documentation, and information management. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing established processes, supporting multiple priorities, and identifying opportunities to improve how information is organized and accessed. This individual will leverage tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office to support documentation, records management, workflow coordination, and correspondence requirements across various client-led governance bodies. The successful candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in building a long-term relationship with the customer. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting knowledge management, documentation, records management, and data transformations (the more experience the better). Ability to solve workflow problems, draft reports, and sets up SharePoint and other structures to improve efficiency. Manages the digital tools of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows file systems, and database records management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adjust to multiple priorities/taskings in a fast-paced environment. This includes supporting correspondence coordination for various governance bodies led by the client.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI Clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
