Required Skills
(1) Five (5) + years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM / Workforce Central) including:
Time & Attendance
Pay Rules and Work Rules
Accruals and Absence Management
Holiday and scheduling building blocks
(2) Five (5) + years of experience developing and supporting Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces for payroll and downstream systems
(3) Five (5) + years of Dell Boomi (Atom Sphere) experience, including:
- Interface design and development
- Data mapping and transformations
- Error handling, logging, and monitoring
(4) Strong experience integrating ProWFM with SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance, including payroll-to-finance posting
(5) Ability to support end-to-end testing and validation, including mandatory finance posting as part of SAP test cycles
(6) Proficiency with SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
(7) Experience with file-based and API integrations (CSV, XML, SFTP, REST)
(8) Working knowledge of JIRA for defect tracking, change management, and delivery coordination
(9) Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
Role Focus / Outcomes
Resource will provide configuration, integration, and technical support services related to UKG ProWFM and associated SAP integrations.
Services will support testing, validation, and stabilization activities, including required payroll and finance posting steps, in alignment with enterprise standards.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated deep functional and technical knowledge of UKG ProWFM architecture and integration patterns
Proven experience supporting complex payroll environments, including unionized or operations-focused workgroups
Ability to analyze and document end-to-end data flows from time capture through payroll and finance posting
Experience collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR, and SAP teams to resolve integration and posting issues
Ability to manage and support multiple concurrent integration efforts with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, controls, and procedures
Desired Skills
Experience supporting SAP testing cycles, including regression testing tied to payroll and finance posting
Familiarity with ATDA, Yardmasters, or similar operations-based workforce groups
Experience with additional UKG modules such as: Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Forecasting, Workforce Process Manager, TeleStaff
Prior experience in large, highly regulated enterprise environments
Experience documenting integration designs, interface control documents (ICDs), and operational runbooks
Exposure to production cutover planning and post go live stabilization support
