Project/Program Manager- M&A

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program / Project Manager to lead IT M&A integration initiatives across multiple enterprise domains. This role is responsible for driving integration planning and execution across pre-close, Day 1 readiness, and post-close phases while ensuring business continuity and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstreams for M&A integrations across domains such as GTM, Customer Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, and Legal
• Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution timelines
• Drive integration readiness, ensuring system access, data availability, and operational continuity
• Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT delivery plans
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Provide clear status reporting, risk visibility, and issue escalation for assigned workstreams

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) leading IT M&A integration programs, including pre-close and post-close activities
• Strong program/Project management skills with the ability to manage complex cross-domain dependencies (10+ years)
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, customer support systems, data/analytics, and infrastructure
• Ability to drive execution through structured governance and executive-level communication
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous contract environments
