Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records using electronic systems.
- Support compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and company quality procedures.
- Verify calibration status of inspection and measurement equipment.
- Assist with quality audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or process deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing and cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Experience in medical device, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality inspection environments preferred.
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, microscopes, tensile testers, or other measurement tools is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
- Ability to inspect small components and labels with attention to detail.
