Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete inspection reports and accurately enter data into electronic systems.
- Maintain quality documentation, training records, and device history records.
- Verify calibration status of inspection and testing equipment.
- Support quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Follow GMP, GDP, GLP, safety, and quality procedures.
- Identify and report quality concerns or process discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
- Assist with production, laboratory, and other manufacturing support activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Experience with quality inspections, manufacturing, laboratory environments, or medical device production is a plus.
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, microscopes, or other measurement tools preferred.
