Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with 13+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and Agile delivery. The candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, gathering business requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Create and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with development, QA, business, and design teams.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Ensure product features align with business objectives and customer needs.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates.

• Review deliverables and ensure they meet business requirements.

• Track product performance, identify improvements, and manage risks.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product releases.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and prioritization.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.

• Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• MBA or a relevant master’s degree is preferred.

• CSPO, PSPO, or other relevant Agile certifications are a plus.
