PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $110k to $130k PA.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will:
- Program management: Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial learning programs – from design, development, delivery, evaluation and impact.
- Needs assessment: Identify and prioritize commercial capabilities and skills and determine learning needs, including user research.
- Sustainable and scalable learning architecture design: Design personalized, sustainable and scalable commercial learning architecture and solutions, which includes a blend of learning experiences, learning journeys, coaching and resources.
- Digital tools and AI: Leverage digital tools, including AI, to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Learning journeys: Develop and implement capability-based learning journeys to support commercial member development and career advancement.
- Facilitate learning and deliver training: Lead engaging and participatory learning sessions to ensure participants can experience and practice new capabilities and skills.
- Lead Network/Community of Facilitators: develop and coach a network of facilitators in the commercial organization who can develop, deliver, and evaluate commercial learning programs.
- Manage content strategy: Develop, maintain and update content strategy and training materials to ensure they reflect current products, services, and sales strategies.
- Being a Thought leader: Represent the Talent and Global L&D teams as a Thought Leader in Commercial and Sales.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales enablement: 8+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales leader preferred
- Manage Salesforce CRM, Power BI reporting, and LMS administration.
- Develop e-learning modules using Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Digital literacy: Skilled with digital tools and AI and ability to train others in those areas
- Cognitive processes: Understanding how people think, learn, and remember information.
- Learning design: Deep knowledge of instructional design and learning experience design, delivery and evaluation of effectiveness with a focus on adult learners
- Leasing and financial services: Previous industry experience in leasing, financial services a nice to have
