Manager, Solutions Consulting - Payment Solutions (Remote)

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Solutions Consulting - Payment Solutions to drive the success of customer payment solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in payment technologies, and a passion for consulting with customers on their chosen corporate payment solutions for their travel program.

As a Manager, Solutions Consulting - Payment Solutions, you will
  • Work with customer facing teams including Program Management and Global Solutions Engineering to ensure they are well informed and confident when speaking about BCD's payment solutions
  • Support Program Management in customer meetings and workshops focused on payment solutions
  • Support revenue growth and expansion of BCD's preferred payment methods
  • Engage with Conferma to improve acceptance & SNAP+ collection rates
  • Coordinate with resources from multiple departments on the development and delivery of payment solutions including but not limited to Implementation, Marketing, Project Management and Technology Support
  • Support the planning and evolution of BCD's payment solutions across the globe, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global product strategy
  • Keep up-to-date on innovation in the travel payment space to ensure that we at the forefront of the industry and most importantly, able to retain and win new business


About you
  • Extensive experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on payment technology and operations
  • Proven experience with payment solutions, issuers and, including Conferma, and the ability to work at a strategic level to drive results
  • Strong technical understanding of payment flows
  • Demonstrated working closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a detail-oriented approach to customer success, problem-solving and product development
  • Proven ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced work environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
